At Nearly Natural, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical arrangements. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original shipping box with all protective internal packaging to ensure the artificial foliage or planter remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
